Recruiter - technical hiring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wilder Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
