Recruiter - technical hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Field Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
