Recruiter - technical hiring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Care Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
