Recruiter - technical hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Amberfield Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Birmingham, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
