Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Baltimore area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
