Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Baltimore. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
