Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Stone Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
