Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Haven Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
