Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
