Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 639 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
