Recruiter - technical hiring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
