Recruiter - technical hiring (Austin, TX)

Bright Junction Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
