Recruiter - technical hiring (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
