Recruiter - technical hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
