Recruiter - technical hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Atlanta across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
