Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Beacon Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
