Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood River Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
