Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Anchorage caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
