Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
