Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Birch Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Anchorage, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
