Recruiter - technical hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath West Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
