Recruiter - technical hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Albuquerque, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
