Recruiter - technical hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Albuquerque with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
