Recruiter - property and maintenance staff (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Nest Housing manages several thousand affordable homes around Cleveland with about 150 employees. We are hiring a part-time recruiter for property and maintenance positions. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews for property managers and maintenance technicians. • Keep hiring managers informed and follow up with candidates. • Support onboarding paperwork. What we are looking for • One or more years recruiting; housing or property experience is a plus. • Friendly and organised. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, on site in Cleveland.
