Recruiter - loan officers and tellers (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Union Banking Services is a Fort Worth community bank with 14 branches and about 200 employees. We are hiring a part-time recruiter to fill teller, banker and loan-officer roles. What you will do • Post roles, screen applications and interview candidates for branch positions. • Coordinate with branch managers on schedules and hiring decisions. • Keep our applicant records tidy and compliant. What we are looking for • One or more years of recruiting; banking or retail experience is a plus. • Clear communicator with a friendly manner. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Fort Worth.
