Recruiter - interview scheduling (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Wichita area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
