Recruiter - interview scheduling (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
