Recruiter - interview scheduling (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Ashton Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
