Recruiter - interview scheduling (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Early Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
