Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Studio and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 7 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
