Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
