Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Juniper Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
