Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tulsa focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
