Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
