Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
