Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Quarry Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tulsa with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
