Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Care Services Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
