Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Sable Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
