Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

Summit Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
