Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

Bright Keystone Freight is a Toledo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
