Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Quarry Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
