Recruiter - interview scheduling (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Pike Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Toledo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
