Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
