Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Wren Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
