Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Tampa with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
