Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
