Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
