Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Clear Health Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
