Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
