Recruiter - interview scheduling (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Vale Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
